Joy has over 38 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Having the honor of being the first graduating classes to be certified for group aerobics in the early '80s. She's a writer, a teacher, a personal trainer, and a health coach. She's passionate about helping others live a life that's free of pain and full of joy.

Each weekend we host an intimate Health and Fitness retreat for women by women. It's designed to be a shared experience for you and your girlfriends or an opportunity to gain new intimate fierce female relationships! We talk about every area of a woman's life. We laugh, we eat, we relax, and most importantly we learn and heal. Recharging mind, body, and soul. Our hope for you is to walk away spiritually, emotionally, and physically STRONGER!
